Dr. Reginald G. Ugaddan

Dr. Reginald G. Ugaddan is an Assistant Professor and Director at the University of the Philippines, National College of Public Administration and Governance, Diliman, Quezon City. He served as an associate professor at the Institute for Public Administration and Governance, Isabela State University, Echague, Isabela. He is also a senior researcher in the Research Center for Public Human Resource Development, Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea. He earned his masteral and doctorate degree in public administration in the Graduate School of Governance (GSG) at Sungkyunkwan University.

He worked as a program manager for the Global Master of Public Administration (e-Government and e-Policy) and Master in Public Management for the Latin and Caribbean civil servants. He also worked in various researcher institutes and involved in numerous research projects such as entrepreneurship in the public sector, conflict management in East Asia, funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea, and among others. His research interests lie in the areas of human resource management in the public sector, public management, public sector leadership, organizational behavior, disaster management, e- Government and e-Policy, behavioral public administration, international and local governance, democracy, and futures thinking in organizations.
